How can I fly into the city of Campeche?

● Option 1. Flying to Campeche via Mexico City directly into Campeche City. The NARA Lofts are located only 10 minutes from the airport in Campeche City.

● Option 2. Fly directly from Toronto, Miami, Houston or Mexico City into Merida and either take a cab for about $100 USD to the city of Campeche or easily rent a car and drive yourself on the super highway #180 straight to our city. The trip is approximately an hour and a half drive.

● Option 3. Fly from any city of the world to Cancun or Tulum and either take the Mayan train to Campeche, buy a ticket and travel by ADO bus or rent a car.

Will there be shuttles?

Yes, the club will provide a shuttle with a designated schedule to take you either into the city of Campeche or to the Beach Club.

Can I purchase a golf cart?

Although a golf cart is provided with each round of golf, it is exclusively for that purpose.

As a NARA Lofts owner, you have the option to purchase your own private golf cart for personal use within the community and throughout the Campeche Country Club. The club offers a maintenance program for $1,150 MXN per month (approximately $60 USD), which includes charging and cleaning services. Any major maintenance required will be charged additionally.

What is the cost of the Campeche Country Club Membership?

There are 2 types of membership: the Nara Country Club Membership and the Campeche Country Club Associate.

The NARA COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP is exclusively available with the purchase of a NARA product. The current price is $15,000 USD (which is paid directly to the Club), and it is tied to the unit. If you sell your apartment, the membership will be terminated, and the new owner will have the option to purchase their own membership directly through the Campeche Country Club administration.

Are there any monthly or annual Campeche Country Club fees once I have a Nara Country Club Membership?

Yes, as in any country club there are annual fees to maintain and upkeep all the facilities of the golf course, the sports club and the beach club. In 2026 the NARA COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP monthly fee is $11,625 PESOS per month. There are special packages designed for property owners who plan to live and utilize the facility for only 6 months or less, paying 6 months full price and 6 months half price.

Does the NARA COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERSHIP fee also include the HOA (Home Owners Association) fees?

There are two different entities. All condominium buildings and associations have their own monthly maintenance and upkeep fees that are separate from the Country Club facilities. The HOA fees are designed to pay for items of the building such as the elevator, pools, gardening, and cleaning of the common areas such as hallways and driveways. The average HOA fees at NARA LOFT CONDOS is approximately $4,600 PESOS per month in 2024.

How much does it cost a husband and wife to play golf and use the facilities?

Your NARA Country Club membership dues include access for the family—husbands, wives, and children under 25—to play golf without any additional fees.

Do golf carts require extra fees to rent when playing a round of golf?

Golf carts are included with each round of golf at no extra fee if you have an active Nara Country Club Membership.

If I have a Nara Country Club Membership, will special friends or clients staying at my condominium have passes to use the Golf Club and Beach Club facilities?

Depending on your chosen payment option for annual fees, different packages are available. Some include beach club passes, while others offer 50% off green fees.

The 50% discount on green fees applies only when purchased and paid for as part of a package.

No, the NARA HOA fees only cover expenses related to the maintenance and upkeep of the NARA building. These include costs for the elevator, pool, landscaping, CCTV, on-site security, front desk services, and electricity for the building's common areas, among others.

Will my renters have access to the country club facilities?

Yes, your renters can access the country club facilities through the Campeche Country Club Comprehensive Family Experience. This option includes access to the Golf Course, Beach Club House, and Sports Club for the holder, their spouse, and unmarried children under 18 years old. Prices are: 1 week $11,800 MXN, 2 weeks $20,000 MXN, or 1 month $32,000 MXN. Payment must be covered in full before using the services. It does not include food, beverages, or additional services.
